What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales growth and exceed placement targets by sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent.
  • Understand client hiring needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source high‑quality candidates via databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct pre‑interview screenings and match candidates to roles.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and post‑interview feedback.
  • Represent Hiredly X professionally in client meetings.
  • Generate new client leads and present Hiredly X’s unique value proposition effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment or relevant experience.
  • Strong sales mindset with determination to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, dynamic environment.
  • Team player with self‑motivation and resilience.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
