Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open vacancy.
  • Liaise with hiring managers on resume proposal, coordination on interview arrangement and offer extension to successful applicant.
  • Prepare quotation breakdown for new hires and get approval from hiring managers.
  • Write assessment for successful screen applicants and proceed to send out resume proposal to hiring managers.
  • Send recruiting e-mails to passive candidates and follow up, when necessary, on their job applications.
  • Browse resume databases and port-folios sites.
  • Screen and interview applicants from different channels of jobs portal, perform suitable job match for potential applicants.
  • Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates.
  • Advertise vacant positions with external networks.
  • Measure data source of hire and lead time-to-fill for each role.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and new techniques for improvement plan
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma or Degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Willing to work independently and under pressure.
  • Able to provide creative ideas from time to time.
  • Excellent command in English. Able to speak Mandarin is added advantages.
