Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / TALENT RESOURCE CONSULTANT to join our EXECUTIVE SEARCH MALAYSIA UNIT. The ideal candidate will have experience in headhunting / talent resource or research, utilizing various platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Google Search, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for someone who can handle end-to-end recruitment until successful closing. Good communicator and consulting ability. Young and preferably from GEN Z. We require a DEGREE holder for this role. Hungry to make money besides basic salary.
Talent Resource Consultant
We are looking for someone who can connect to passive candidates, have coffee talks, and anchor them for matching with all the job openings we have in our company and able to turn passive candidates to active candidates. Strong networking ability and create pool of candidates for consultant to do the closing. Young and preferably from GEN Z. We require a DEGREE holder for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct talent research and sourcing activities using multiple platforms to identify potential candidates for various roles.
- Ensure daily turnaround of resumes for job orders assigned by the manager.
- Engage with candidates through "coffee talks", networking, and relationship-building strategies to assess their interests and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Utilize Boolean searches, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to enhance sourcing efficiency.
- Meet daily KPI targets for resourcing and researching the talent pool.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide insights on candidate availability, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of recruitment, talent search, or headhunting experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and attract top talent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily KPIs.
- Versatile, resourceful, and results-driven with a keen interest in talent acquisition.

Position Title: Site / Field HR Recruiter
Department: Outsourcing & Fulfilment
Location: Client Sites
Reporting To: Fulfilment Manager / Unit Head
Role Summary
The Site / Field HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, on-ground fulfilment, and daily client servicing for outsourced manpower. This role ensures sufficient manpower supply, proper worker onboarding, and strong client relationship management to maintain service quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Fulfilment
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist local candidates for outsourced positions.
- Conduct field recruiting activities: walk-ins, roadshows, community recruitment, and partner engagements.
- Manage job postings across portals, social media, and internal channels.
- Ensure candidate profiles meet client requirements (skills, attendance, discipline, RMO criteria, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fulfilment reports.
- Onboarding & Deployment
- Coordinate interview sessions, client site interviews, and selection processes.
- Facilitate onboarding: documentation, induction briefings, safety protocols, and job expectations.
- Ensure all compliance documents (ID, bank details, forms, contracts) are properly collected.
- Monitor new hires during the first 3 months for attendance and performance stability.
- Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary PIC at the client site for all manpower and operational queries.
- Attend site meetings with client supervisors and HR teams.
- Provide daily manpower updates, absenteeism reports, new joiners, and leavers.
- Escalate client concerns promptly and coordinate resolutions with HQ.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and service reliability.
- Worker Management & Retention
- Conduct regular worker engagement sessions and welfare checks.
- Handle grievances, minor disciplinary issues, and attendance matters.
- Work closely with payroll and operations for timesheet accuracy and statutory compliance.
- Reduce early attrition through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
- Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, deployments, and worker movements.
- Submit daily fulfilment status, recruitment progress, and shortfall plans.
- Support payroll cut-off deadlines by ensuring timely timesheet confirmation.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years experience in outsourcing, recruitment, or field operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work at client sites, travel for recruitment, and handle fast-paced demands.
- Good problem‑solving skills with strong ownership and accountability.
- Able to work extended hours during peak hiring periods.
