Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft winning sourcing strategies.
  • Engage and inspire candidates—be their first point of contact, deliver exceptional care, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Qualify top talent for skill, culture, and motivation using innovative screening methods.
  • Build talent pipelines and keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and opportunities.
  • Source creatively from LinkedIn, niche platforms, referrals, and social media to find hidden gems.
  • Collaborate globally with a US-based, international recruiting team and hiring managers across the world.
What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience (technical & non-technical), with a knack for engaging passive candidates.
  • Proven success recruiting internationally for global organizations.
  • Outstanding networking, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Hyper-organized, adaptable, and decisive—ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication in English at a C2 fluency level (other languages a plus).
  • Tech-savvy: familiar with cloud, IoT, AI, Boolean search, ATS, and Excel.
  • Positive, persistent, and self-sufficient—always delivering world-class results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
