A real estate company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking candidates for a property sales role. Responsibilities include introducing new projects and providing after-sales service. Job Description

• To introduce Kuala Lumpur new project to clients
• Kuala Lumpur commercial district sale and lease agency
• Provide after sales service and follow up with client

Benefits and Compensation

• Monthly GUARANTEED salary during probation: RM4,000 ~ RM5,000
• If you find it unsuitable after completion of the first month, an additional RM1,000 will be provided

• After probation, salary structure: Fixed basic salary + Individual Commission + Team Commission

Qualifications

• Candidate without property sales negotiator experience are encouraged to apply
• At least diploma/degree in any field (Taiwan degree holders welcome)
• Able to read and communicate in English and Mandarin; additional language skills are preferred
• Candidate must complete the REN course or PEA training and obtain a certificate after accepting our offer

Working Hours

• Regular hours: 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (lunch 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.)
• Work by company duty roster
• During probation: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. for training purposes
