• Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and product development
• Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, assembly) to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs
• Tracking R&D progress, analyzing results, and reporting on performance against key metrics
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends in software development

Requirements
