Requirements:

• able to understand 2D working drawings/ construction drawings.
• Must have experience working in construction/renovation based company
• Required languages: English (Good), BC (Good), Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required Skills: Microsoft office esp in Excel & Word, Autocad
• Detailed & thorough thinker.
• Highly efficient & no procrastination.
• Able to work independently without supervision throughout the process.

The Responsibilities:

• Able to work independent to generate quotation document/tender/BOM/ BOQ, and prepare tender and bids.
• Liaise with trade Sub-contractors for accurate information
• Responsible for order placement timing, supply/demand alignment, material replenishment & supplier performance.
• Comprehensive understanding & experience of purchasing strategies & also inventory management.
• To source new or alternative materials locally or oversea.
• Cost controlling during the construction period to ensure the cost is within the contract budget.
• Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers and pricing.
• Prepare sub-contractor Letter of Award (LOA).
• Liaise with consultants/clients for any project related matter.
• Assist and undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by Superior.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
