Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and financial management of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze project cost estimates
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
  • Monitor and control project costs
  • Prepare and submit progress claims and variations
  • Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other software for project management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint
  • To prepared purchase order according Approved Purchase Request and send it to the supplier.
  • To follow up on the purchase if necessary and coordinate with the supplier.
Requirements
  • Post Secondary / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Ability to communicate inMandarin, English
