• Price/forecast the cost of various materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Track changes to design and adjust budget projections.
• Measure and value the work done on site.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals.
• Select and source construction materials.
• Report to Project Manager/Design Director on all related work matters.
