The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to interior construction and renovation projects, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance with design intent.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for interior design projects.
  • Review design drawings, specifications, and material selections to prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Monitor project costs, track variations, and manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, progress payments, and final accounts.
  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure budgets align with design and client expectations.
  • Assist in tender preparation and contract administration.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards related to pricing and construction practices.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QS, preferably in the interior design or fit-out industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
