Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider in Kulim, Kedah, is seeking a Quality Manager with at least 3 years of experience in quality departments. The candidate will manage workshop quality, produce quality reports, and participate in quality improvements. A Bachelor's degree and ISO9001 certification are required. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with customers. This role demands strong planning, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Job Functions / Responsibilities / Tasks

You will be responsible for the quality management of the workshop, including monitoring the daily production yield and any abnormalities.

Responsible for producing daily and weekly quality reports.

Participate in quality analysis and improvement work to reduce quality loss rate.

Training for on-site quality personnel.

Responsible for the supplier management.

Bachelor's degreeor an equivalent combination of relevant experience and academic training will be considered.

ISO9001 Internal Auditor Certificate.

Hard skills likeMicrosoftoffice, QCtools, 5Why, 8D, PDCA,etc.

Excellent understanding of Quality system documents, quality processes .

Fluent in English speaking and writing,Mandarin is plus. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

A proficient level of knowledge and skill inMS Office, Six sigma tools.

Professional experience

Min 3 years of experience in qualitydepartment.
