Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform product reliability tests for new models.
• Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports.
• Coordinate rework and sorting for production lines.
• Support 100% inspection for new model trial runs.
• Conduct monthly 6S audits for all departments.

Requirements

• Related experience QE Experience knowledge
• No. related experience. At least 1-2 Year experience in Quality Function.

Responsibilities

• To perform related product reliability test for new models and when required.
• Prepare weekly/monthly quality report.
• Participate in new model trial run meeting. Follow up on the MVT report on QA tasks.
• Coordinate for any rework and sorting for purchasing, IQC and production line on production.
• Support in 100% inspection for new model trial run of three work order.
• Review and check MPO, BOM before issuing to production.
• Internal auditor for ISO and RBA.
• Participate in S&H duty by measuring temperature for all employees after lunch hours.
• Conduct 6S monthly audit for all department.
• Other roles assigned by management.
