About the role : may need to take the night shift

As the Quality Coordinator at MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across our manufacturing operations in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This full‑time position will have you working closely with our production teams to implement robust quality control processes and continuously improve our product quality.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, guidelines and documentation
• Conduct regular inspections, testing and audits to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Analyse production data and quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality problems and enhance processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

• Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with production teams
• Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
