Quality Control (QC) Personnel – Used Mobile Phones

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to perform quality checks on mobile phones after repair. Candidates with a basic knowledge of smartphones and common phone issues will receive training.

Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Organizational and task‑management skills.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and common phone issues preferred (training provided).
Working Hours
  • Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Responsibility
  • Perform quality checks on mobile phones after repair to ensure all functions are working properly (screen, touch, buttons, camera, speaker, microphone, battery, connectivity, etc.).
  • Identify, record and report any defects or abnormal performance to the supervisor or technician for further inspection.
  • Conduct final QC inspection before packing to ensure phones meet company quality standards before handing over to customers.
  • Ensure each order is matched accurately with the customer’s requirements, model, color, accessories and condition grading.
  • Pack orders securely and neatly according to standard packing procedures to prevent damage during transit.
  • Arrange delivery and shipment via courier services or prepare for customer/self‑collection pickup.
  • Maintain proper documentation, order tracking records, and update system status accordingly.
  • Keep the QC workspace clean, organized and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with technicians, warehouse team and customer service team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
