Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or related fields, with more than three years of quality management experience.
  • Possessing ISO9001, AS9000, IATF16949 or GJB quality management system internal auditor qualifications, having experience in measurement management, having a quality engineer certificate or training experience in quality tools system are preferred.
  • Understanding of mechanical processing techniques and production sites.
  • Good English communication skills are preferred.
  • Having good communication skills and written expression ability, and able to independently prepare documents.
  • Possessing good organizational, coordination and stress‑resistance abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective implementation of various management regulations, rules, or notifications issued by the company's management team within the quality team.
  • Responsible for incoming material quality control. Organize and implement incoming material control, quality improvement, and ultimately achieve an improvement in the quality of purchased materials.
  • Quality management during the production process. According to the production control plan requirements, organize and implement the inspection plan and prepare inspection standards, including but not limited to quality inspection and control of measuring equipment and products, ensuring that the production process is under control.
  • Inspection management before the warehousing of finished products and before shipment, to prevent defective products from flowing to customers.
  • Management of non‑conforming products. Based on the occurrence of incoming material, process non‑conformities, and customer complaints, investigate the causes, clarify responsibilities, organize responsible personnel to take effective corrective and preventive measures to prevent the leakage and recurrence of non‑conforming products, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Management of customer complaints. For customer complaints, organize internal analysis and form a cause analysis report and corrective action plan for implementation; feedback internal corrective and preventive measures to customers, verify the effectiveness of internal procurement measures.
  • Contract review management. Promote and supervise the work progress of relevant departments before and after contract review, organize the holding of contract review meetings and confirm the approval results, update the台账 in a timely manner, and ensure that the process and quality capabilities during the production of new contracts are sufficient from a quality perspective.
  • Change management. Based on the (machinery, materials, methods) change applications submitted by various departments, track and participate in the approval of change results, to avoid product quality risks caused by unexpected changes. If necessary, submit a change application to the customer, and the customer's approval is required before implementing internal changes, and establish a connection link between the company and the customer in terms of process and quality changes.
  • Measurement equipment management. Establish the company's measurement management system, including the procurement, daily management, and full life cycle of measurement equipment. Coordinate with other supporting departments, supervise the effective implementation of measurement management work.
  • Quality system management. Organize and respond to the review work of internal and external audits of the company; ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive measures until the non‑conformity projects are closed, and enhance the quality level of the company's quality management. If necessary, be responsible for the promotion and implementation of the new management system in the company.
  • Quality management. Arrange and adjust the functions of internal employees in the department, formulate the annual training plan of the department, implement the training according to the plan and archive the records.
  • Other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.
