Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at AIK CHEONG COFFEE ROASTER SDN BHD. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our premium coffee products. Based in Cheng Melaka, this role is integral to the successful operation and growth of our manufacturing business within the broader transport and logistics industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain high standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues
• Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems in a timely manner
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control activities and data
• Analyzing quality metrics and providing reports to management to drive continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance best practices
