Job description

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end QA transformation initiatives across projects, including process optimization and quality maturity improvements.

Define QA strategy, roadmap, and frameworks aligned with Agile/DevOps delivery models.

Implement test automation solutions and oversee adoption of modern QA tools and practices.

Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevOps) to ensure seamless quality integration.

Evaluate current QA processes and introduce best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

Lead QA teams, provide coaching, and build capability on automation, performance, and CI/CD testing.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct quality audits, risk assessments, and propose corrective/preventive actions.

Drive shift-left and shift-right testing initiatives to improve early-stage detection and production reliability.
