Requirement

• Candidate must have knowledge for QMS.
• Have min 2-4 years experience in related role.
• Able to speak, write, and understand English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in identifying patterns, trends, and potential issues within systems or procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication to convey findings, collaborate with team members, and document procedures.
• Understanding of software development, testing methodologies, and relevant tools to ensure quality standards.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, often in collaboration with developers and other stakeholders.

Responsibility

• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs, and supervising staff.
• Analyse data, communicate with external officers, and maintain records.
• Monitor product quality.
• Work with a third party to certify the organization to ISO 9001 or other applicable standards.
• Responsible for review and planning of Internal Audits.
• Identifying any needs in Quality Management System for improvement to top management.
• Monitoring and measurement activities in the organization as well as the results of the Internal Audits, and when the company uses a Management Review Meeting.
• Responsible train new team members and ensure everyone is well-versed in company policies.
• Assist in documenting Company Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions.
• Communicate expectations to team members and ensure everyone understands the company / department roles and responsibilities.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Responsible for control and maintain the company audit and Risk Assessment Schedule.
• Responsible for communicate with Management Level initiatives and expectations to their team members.
• Ensure Quality Management System is effective, efficient, and improves.
• Investigate the product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Investigate the non-conforming cases, issue and implement the solutions.
• Responsibility implementing tests, debugging and defining the Corrective Actions. (18) Ensure the Quality Control Procedures are implemented.
• Ensure the required tools, including calibrated measuring equipment.
