Job summary

Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and external customer requirements.

Customer Liaison

Act as the main contact for quality-related matters, handling customer complaints and building trust.

Performance Monitoring

Track and meet internal and external quality KPIs, ensuring measurable improvements.

Problem Solving

Apply strong analytical skills to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement

Drive initiatives to enhance product reliability, reduce defects, and improve processes.

Documentation & Reporting

Job Specification

• Degree in Engineering or related
• Minimum 8 years in semiconductor industry with relevant QS/QE or familiar with 8D/ISO/IATF/VDA 6.3 process
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
