• 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and auditing processes.
• Strong understanding of QMS principles.

Responsibilities

• Architect PgP1 Process Compass Landscape and maintain it.
• Improve and maintain the QMS documentation system.
• Responsible for QMS improvement activities.
• Coordinate internal audit activities including IATF16949 and VDA6.3.
• Track and follow up on QMS corrective action.
• Moderate Quality Gates (QG).
• Certify as internal auditor of IATF16949 and VDA6.3.

Job Description

Quality Management System (QMS) engineer to fulfill Bosch requirement of implementing QMS, responsible for Bosch Penang Plant 1 (PgP1) Process Compass, internal system, and process audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Architect to PgP1 Process Compass Landscape and maintenance
• Improve and maintain QMS documentation system
• Responsible for QMS improvement activities,
• Coordinate internal audit activities (e.g., IATF16949, VDA6.3 process audit, CQI17 audits etc.) and 3rd party audit
• Track and follow up on QMS corrective action
• Moderate QG (Quality Gates)
• Certify as internal auditor of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 process auditor
• Projects assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Science.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and auditing processes.
• Strong auditing skills and attention to detail. Good exposure to data analytics applications in quality management.
• Strong understanding of QMS principles. Familiarity with quality tools such as: MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
