Job description

Responsibilities

1. Comprehend the single line diagram, schematic diagram and switchboard assembly drawing before conduct the function test
2. Conduct routine verification on switchboard according to procedure and standard (IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-2)
3. Perform programming and commissioning for various LV components such as Breaker, Power Monitoring Device, Protection Relay and Communication Device based on ‘user manual’ or work instruction provided.
4. Perform complete test on the switchboard such as dielectric test, insulation test, primary and secondary injection test, and functional test
5. Verify and ensure the testing results meet the required specification and logic output intended by customer

7. Collect data and record all testing results in designated forms
8. Report all the incompliances during testing to engineer and manager
9. Responsible person to liaise with production and design team for rectification work
10. Ensure all issues are rectified and all systems are functioning before Finish Goods declaration
11. Any Ad-hoc task

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Electrical or Mechanical
• Above 1-year Low voltage switchgear experience will be added advantage
