Job description

Responsibilities

• 1. Ability to maintain the quality control procedures according to ISO requirements.
• 2. Assist to conduct periodic quality inspection, raw material inspection during production, attending to customer complaints and to investigate the cause.
• 3. Complaints and to investigate the cause.
• 4. Maintain reports for the quality controller on work inspected.
• 5. Maintain QC checked products and rejected products records for Quality Controller.
• 6. Assist the Quality controller in inspection and matching completed products against production programs to meet.
• 7. Ability to coordinate and set up ISO Procedures, supervise, maintaining quality control records, updating and providing Quality Control document.
• 8. Monitor the effectiveness of quality control procedures and process. Propose and implement.
• 9. To ensure all the documents are proper keep and filling in both soft and hard copy.
• 10. To analyse quality trend, feedback analysis and make recommendation for improvement.
• 11. Control, steer and motivate subordinates for ensuring they are capable to carry out works, understand requirement of the products and effective in performing their duties.
• 12. To perform such individual assignment as the Management may direct from time to time.
• 13. Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO14001 and work actively with improving those areas.
• 14. To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5S, proper teamwork.
• 15. Coordination between all other department in achieving the compliance the company’s Quality, Environmental & Occupational, Health & Safety Management System.

Supervised Positions

• 1. Quality Assurance & Quality Control Clerk (GT-JD-086).
• 2. Incoming / Outgoing / In Process Asst Supervisor (GT-JD-006).

Job Competency

• 1. At least Diploma/Degree in Management or any other relevant fields.
• 2. Minimum (two) 2 years experience in QA/QC process related manufacturing environment.
• 3. Strong knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
• 4. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
• 5. Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
• 6. Working knowledge of ISO9001 / ISO 14001 and related procedures.
• 7. Good attention to detail and a results driven approach.
• 8. Able to understand how my job could cause pollution to environment & depletion of natural resources.
