Qualifications

• At least 3 years related experience in quality management and environmental compliance.
• Capable of analysing internal and external audit reports.
• Adept at conducting Process Audits and preparing audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Support activities for company's ESG compliance objectives.
• Maintain Quality Management System Certifications.
• Lead QMS, FSMS & ESH Internal Audits.
• Organize and conduct ESG & ESH Management Review Meetings.
• Responsible for document control protocols and compliance.
• Interface with legal authorities for compliance matters.
• Conduct environmental audits and safety inspections.
• Provide ESG training for workers.
• Conduct regular risk assessments.

Job description

Support the activities that contribute to the achievement of company's ESG/Environmental compliance objectives and alignment and alignment strategies

Maintain all pertinent and required Quality Management System Certifications (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000).

Lead, plan, coordinate and manage QMS, FSMS & ESH Internal Audit until closure of the findings.

Organizing and conduct ESG & ESH Management Review Meeting and prepare the management review reports.

Responsible on document control protocol, pertaining on quality, safety and environment; registration and distribution of document.

Interface with the legal authorities such as DOSH,DOE, BOMBA and all related government & CB Bodies

Conduct environmental audit and safety walk inspections.

Conduct ESH training for all workers.

Conduct regular risk assessment, HIRADC and aspect impact.

Qualification Requirement:

Degree or certificate in related fields

At least 3 years related experience

Capable to analyse internal and external audit reports

Able to conduct Process Audits and prepare audit reports

Knowledge of Quality Management software
