Job description

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality documentation.
• Coordinate with process owners for implementation and compliance of system requirements.
• Plan, schedule and conduct internal quality audits.
• Responsible for preparing and conducting Management Review meetings, collecting and providing necessary input, and tracking the implementation of management review decisions.
• Coordinate external audits (customer, 3rd party and certification body) by ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and nonconformities.
• Analyze all levels of documents (Quality Manual, Procedure Manual, SOP and Quality Record) with internal functional teams for improvement.
• Maintain quality records and ensure retention as per Quality requirements.
• Conduct Quality‑related training and awareness programs for employees.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (PPM and quality outflow) and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Operation Management/ Quality Management or related Management degree required.
