We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA Manager to lead our quality assurance function and ensure that all products consistently meet safety, regulatory, and customer requirements. This role is critical in upholding our quality standards, strengthening process control, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.
Ensure quality objectives, product performance, and compliance with internal and external requirements are consistently achieved through continuous monitoring and improvement.
Establish and maintain robust quality control measures from raw materials to finished goods and distribution.
Work closely with plant stakeholders to drive improvements in product safety, quality, GMP, process control, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Review, develop, and maintain SOPs, product specifications, and records to strengthen quality efficiency and operational performance.
Oversee timely and effective corrective and preventive actions for in‑process non‑conformance, customer complaints, and internal/external audits.
Investigate root causes, implement appropriate countermeasures, and update management on progress and effectiveness.
Lead, guide, and motivate the QA team to ensure competency in meeting quality management system requirements and operational expectations.
Provide training, coaching, and best practices to foster a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Degree in Science, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 7 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing or related industry.
Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory standards, quality systems, and QA/QC best practices.
Leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
