What you'll be doing

As the QA Manager at Nashmir Capsule Sdn Bhd, your role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our pharmaceutical processes and end products. In this full-time position based in Seberang Jaya, Penang, you will lead a talented team of quality assurance professionals to uphold the highest standards across our operations.

• Developing and implementing robust quality control systems and procedures to monitor and improve product quality
• Overseeing quality testing and inspections at all stages of the manufacturing process
• Analyzing quality data and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards
• Leading, training, and mentoring a team of quality assurance professionals
• Reporting on quality metrics and KPIs to management
