Job summary

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

IPQA Group

1. To perform all inspection work as per inspection standard for mass production parts.
2. To constantly look out for process line set-up abnormality during IPQA inspection patrol and feedback to QA Leader / QA Technician / QA Supervisor.
3. To check all labels for accuracy during IQA and OQA.
4. To identify and label non-confirming material, inform the Production / Tooling Department immediately when non-confirming material is detected during production, stop the machine and report to the QA Technician / QA Leader / QA Supervisor until corrective action is done and confirmed effective.
5. Actively participate in quality improvement activities.
6. To prepare reference samples or limit samples when necessary for the non-confirming parts upon notification on rejection of parts in large quantity which can be salvaged.

FA Group

1. To raise, fill in and route New Job Information (NJI) for a new project or Engineering Change Notification (ECN) part in system.
2. To prepare, print and photocopy FA / PPAP package as per customer requirement in a timely and accurate manner.
3. To prepare all other documents necessary for FA / PPAP package as per customer's requirements.
