Qualifications

Key Responsibilities (QA Executive):
  • Monitor supplier performance and issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) to suppliers for material-related issues.
  • Review new supplier documentation prior to approval to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct supplier audits.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to raw materials and suppliers.
  • Manage customer returned goods, including evaluation, documentation, and disposition decisions.
  • Assist in preparing and providing documentation to support customer requests and requirements.
  • Support the preparation and execution of internal and external food safety audits.
Key Responsibilities (Regulatory Affairs Executive):
  • Review and approve product labels to ensure compliance with local and export regulatory requirements.
  • Provide accurate regulatory and statutory information for inclusion in product packaging and artwork.
  • Review product formulations to ensure ingredients and food additives comply with local and export market regulations.
  • Manage, maintain, and regularly update the food additives master list in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
  • Compile regulatory and documentation requirements for product export to different markets.
  • Liaise with and follow up with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies on export application status and approvals.
  • Support cross-functional teams on food regulatory compliance matters.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Food Science/Technology or related field.
