Job Details

We are currently looking for a QA Executive for a leading player in the F&B Industry for their expansion. This position requires your urgent attention.

  • Based in Selangor
  • Reporting to: Product Manager
  • Oversee supplier QA for beverages and key ingredients, ensuring all quality controls and decisions comply with company QA standards.
  • Collaborate with QA, Supply Chain, and Procurement to onboard and manage suppliers, maintaining required documents, certifications, and COAs.
  • Define and maintain ingredient and supplier quality specifications, including acceptance criteria, sampling/testing protocols, and change controls for formulations or processes.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments, manage corrective actions, and ensure timely closure to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Lead investigation and resolution of beverage quality issues, including supplier defects, in-market complaints, and operational feedback, implementing root cause analysis and CAPA.
  • Support launch readiness, in-market quality checks, and documentation management, while identifying opportunities to reduce variation, defects, and waste through improved specifications and supplier practices.

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field, with 1-3 years in F&B/FMCG/retail.
  • Skilled in supplier qualification, audits, COA/spec compliance, CAPA, and specification management; knowledgeable in HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 systems.
