Assist in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of FSMS and Halal documentation.
Support the QC Manager in ensuring effective implementation and continual improvement of the FSMS.
Conduct regular monitoring, inspection, and verification activities across production and premise areas.
Monitor and verify quality control checks during production to ensure finished goods meet approved specifications.
Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in case of deviations or nonconformities related to products, processes, or food safety.
Liaise with the Purchasing Department for requisition and verification of supplier documents (specifications, COA, etc).
Assist during internal & external audits, including regulatory inspections, certification body audits, and customer audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Purchasing, Maintenance, and R&D, to resolve quality-related issues.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the QC Manager.
