A leading manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure design compliance and lead quality audits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, preferably within appliance industries. Proficiency with CAD software and a strong foundation in ISO 9001 and quality systems are required, with Mandarin as a plus. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards throughout production processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing; expertise in appliance or related industries preferred.
• Strong foundation in quality systems and tools: ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Verify CAD/AutoCAD drawings with design specifications.
• Assist in designing and modifying quality tools.
• Implement statistical process control to detect deviations.
• Perform audits and inspections to prevent defective shipments.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation and assist in ISO audits.
