Responsibilities

• Follow up closely with supplier on the delivery date.
• Update the delivery date in the system promptly.
• Negotiate the price for existing and new materials.
• Handle all incoming shipment which rejected by QA department including indent purchase.
• Follow up with supplier for the replacement quantity with a schedule date including indent purchase.
• Monitor and send vendor performance report / assessment report to supplier for both local & indent purchase.
• Accountable for the preparation, analysis and management of purchasing reports.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM or Diploma.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
