Job Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials for various sectors including detergents, cosmetics, general chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food chemicals, ensuring that quality and cost standards are met.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, building strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
• Monitor supply chain performance, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply disruptions or quality issues.
• Develop and manage procurement strategies to ensure continuous and efficient supply of materials while optimizing costs.
• Analyze market trends to identify new suppliers and innovative solutions that can contribute to product development and cost savings.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with international teams, R&D, and quality control to ensure materials align with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance, regularly reporting to management.
• Support the purchasing process, from order placement to invoice verification, ensuring timely payments and accurate documentation. Additionally, manage export process operations to ensure compliance with regulations and seamless logistics.
• Continuously improve purchasing processes and contribute to the development of best practices in procurement.
