Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Petaling Jaya is looking for a Purchasing Executive/Senior Purchasing Executive to oversee vendor negotiations and manage procurement processes. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 2 years of experience in the field, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing. Strong communication skills in Chinese and English are required. Experience with stock control and strong negotiation abilities are also essential. Responsibilities

• Gather and provide information on IR items from vendors.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for better pricing.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements and manage returns.
• Select vendors for best quality quotes and services.
• Ensure P.O generation and check documentation.

Registration process according ISO standard, machine spares, packing materials purchase, inventory control and store management

Requirements:

At least Bachelor's Degree in business studies/administration/ supply chain/ management/ science/ Engineering or equivalent

At least 2 year's of working experience in the related field

Those have experienced working in semiconductor manufacturing are encouraged to apply
