Job summary

A retail company located in Klang City is seeking a Purchasing Executive/Management Trainee to liaise with suppliers and negotiate terms. Responsibilities include controlling stock flow, coordinating with warehouse staff, and conducting market surveys. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree and ideally have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Purchasing Executive/Management Trainee (Buyer)

Liaise with suppliers and carry out negotiation.

Looking for new suppliers & conduct market survey from time to time.

Understand the consumer needs and the market trend.

Control stocks flow including ensuring quality and timely stock arrival.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Monitor and managing stock allocations to outlets and interpret sales forecast.

Process payment arrangement, invoices and purchase orders.

Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in any field

Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience at similar position

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
