Vin Sporting House Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Assistant Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

What we’re looking for

• Good command of English. Ability to understand, speak, read and write is essential.
• Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Excel is a must for regular reporting.
• Have experience using WMS and other related software.
• Preparing and processing purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and expenditures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Handling Inbound and Outbound Shipping Requirements.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Preferred fluent in written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.
