We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Clerk to join our dynamic team at CTS SOLUTION ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. in Krubong Melaka. As a Purchasing Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, goods, and services to support the operations of our manufacturing and logistics business. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders for materials, goods, and services
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered items
  • Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and documentation
  • Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential stock shortages
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand their needs and ensure efficient procurement
  • Assisting in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience as a Purchasing Clerk or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
