Job description

Manage the purchasing processes including internal communicate with production , colleague , superior and team to align procurement with the business needed.

Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations , confirm orders and manage delivery schedules . Generate Purchasing Order and Purchasing Requistion.

To ensure cost-effectiveness and effective negotiations with suppliers without compromising on the quality of product and speed of delivery.

Sourcing and evaluating suppliers to identify the best options in terms of quality , cost and delivery times.

Negotiating contracts and purchase orders with suppliers to achieve the most favourable terms. Strongly skills for quotation comparison & analysis.

Managing the purchasing process from requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities as follow specification.

To ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures of SOP & WI.

Assist in maintaining necessary documentation for audits and compliance checks.

JOB & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Business Administrative / Engineering or equivalent.

Fresh and working experience in a Purchasing / Procurement role in manufacturing environment.

Good Communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong skill in software : Microsoft Office suites including Share Point and Team.

Speak fluently in Bahasa & English.

Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage.
