Protege Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day QS matter at site
• Support project managers and senior quantity surveyor with documentation, reporting, and scheduling
• Participate in site inspections and progress tracking
• Help ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with safety meetings, audits, and compliance documentation
• Promote a safe and organized worksite environment
• Help prepare project reports, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Maintain project records, drawings, and logs
• Assist with material tracking and inventory coordination
• Participate in structured mentoring, training sessions, and evaluations
• Learn construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
• Develop skills in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and quality control
