Job summary

A software development company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a software developer to perform feasibility studies based on client requests and define software development specifications. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree and possess knowledge of software design and system analysis. Responsibilities include scheduling development timeframes, providing support for existing applications, preparing documentation, and conducting functional tests prior to delivery. Qualifications

Job description

Perform feasibility study base on client request and define software development specification.

Schedule and monitor development timeframe base on client requirement and internal technical specification.

Provides support on existing business applications to client base on Maintenance agreement.

Prepare and document documents for developed business application on client request.

Perform proper functional test on every task before delivery.

AUTHORITY

Interact and communicate with client on project related issues whereby clients’ requests are within the scope of work.

Execute upon client’s request and assign task to relevant technical person within their work scope.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED

Knowledge and experience in software design, system analysis and change management.

Strategic thinker with positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.

Multi-tasking, creative, self-motivated and able work independently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
