Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage project risks.
  • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans as needed.

Team Management:

  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster collaboration.
  • Ensure team members meet project goals.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

  • Create and manage project budgets.
  • Track expenses, approve spending, and optimize resource allocation.

Supplier and Vendor Coordination:

  • Source and manage external suppliers or vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services or products.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Regularly update clients, executives, and other stakeholders on project status.
  • Address concerns, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships.

Quality Control and Governance:

  • Adhere to project management governance guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10+ years in project management, IT Project experience essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and governance principles.
