A financial services company in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the flawless execution of projects while managing internal resources and third-party vendors.   • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems.
  • Report and escalate issues to management.
  • Manage relationships with users and stakeholders.
  • Liaise between project team, project sponsor, and clients.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance.
  • Manage multiple small and medium projects to meet deadlines and budget.

  • Manage the relationship with the user and all stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Participate in the negotiations of contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms for project deliverables and vendors
  • Manages multiple small and/or medium-sized projects ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets
