Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in enterprise software implementations? Join our client, a leading organization in the water utility sector, to lead the end-to-end outsourced implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple enterprise functions.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong project governance skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to drive multi-stream execution with senior leadership and CXO stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Governance

• Lead full project lifecycle: scope, roadmap, work breakdown, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Establish governance frameworks, quality gates, RACI matrices, and escalation procedures.
• Continuously refine project plans to meet business, tech, and regulatory standards.
• Manage outsourced vendors and SI partners to ensure delivery quality and compliance.
• Conduct structured meetings, steering committee updates, and daily cadence calls.
• Build strong relationships with operational teams and business owners.

Execution & Delivery Oversight

• Oversee Dynamics 365 implementation tracks including CRM, Billing, Field Service, Asset Management, and Customer Service.
• Coordinate technical leads, functional consultants, QA, and business users for smooth delivery.
• Monitor deliverables for compliance, quality, and enterprise architecture standards.

Reporting & Communication

• Develop dashboards, status reports, milestone trackers, and executive summaries.
• Present updates to CXOs and PMO stakeholders clearly and data-driven.
• Ensure transparency across all project layers.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Manage scope changes and ensure adherence to governance and audit guidelines.

Water Utility Domain Interaction (Added Advantage)

• Align project activities with water utility processes (billing, GIS, field operations, service requests).
• Understand local regulatory guidelines within Malaysian water utilities (SPAN, state authorities).

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

10+ years project management experience, with 5+ years managing enterprise software implementations.

Strong knowledge of PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid PM methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Field Service).

Experience engaging with CXOs, PMOs, and regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

Water utility digital transformation experience (meter-to-cash, billing, asset management).

Relevant certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master/PMI-ACP.

Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise dashboards.
