Job summary

A growing smart home & security company in Malaysia seeks a Project Manager to oversee smart lock and smart living solution projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience related to developers and construction projects. Strong communication and coordination skills are necessary, and traveling for site visits is expected. This position offers career growth into senior project or sales leadership roles within a dynamic industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Developer/Construction/Architect/Main Contractor/Government Projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills essential.
• Willing to travel for site visits and manage multiple projects independently.

• Manage and oversee smart lock & smart living solution projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate project timelines, site progress, and deliverables.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

Manage and oversee smart lock & smart living solution projects from planning to completion

Liaise with developers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Coordinate project timelines, site progress, and deliverables

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for project-based clients

Support sales activities and follow up on project leads and opportunities

Conduct site visits, meetings, and product presentations when required

Monitor project costs, schedules, and resources

Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards (e.g. SIRIM / BOMBA if applicable)

Prepare project reports and updates for management

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Developer / Construction / Architect / Main Contractor / Government Projects

Sales Executive / Sales Manager level candidates are welcome to apply

Basic understanding of electronic / smart products

Strong communication and coordination skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at once

Willing to travel for site visits when required

Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

English proficiency: Intermediate or above
