Education and Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related technical field is required.
- Possession of professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of authority / regulatory requirements relevant to large-scale marine infrastructure projects is essential.
- At least 12 years’ experience overseeing major infrastructure initiatives, with proven capabilities in detailed designs coordination, tender management, contractor oversight, and compliance with regulatory standards.
