Duties:

This individual will be the primary person in charge of the preparation of interior documents for projects.

Space planning and design conceptualization.

Knowledge of Interior Design Software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and KD Max.

Establish and maintain project schedules and effectively communicate with team members.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.

Able to apply sketches and layouts with completeness to construction drawings and assure conformance to the standard procedures.

Analyze design issues and suggest corrective actions.

Prepare presentation documents for the Project Manager.

Reports to Project Manager and Sales Manager.

Stay abreast with the latest developments in design technologies and techniques.
