AMG Synergy Sdn Bhd, a leading telecommunication company based in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Executive/Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our telco projects, ensuring efficient and successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources required for project completion
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to the project management team
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role within the telecommunication industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Project, and familiarity with project management software
• Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant educational qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
