Job description

Location: Data Center, CYBERJAYA, Selangor

Responsible for construction Site Management and reports to the APM/Project Manager.

Responsible of all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Assist the APM/Project Manager in Project Planning and to do co‑ordinate and oversee works on site.

Manage daily site operation and overseeing all civil, structural, architectural matters and etc.

To work closely with consultants and sub‑contractors to ensure the construction activities follow the drawings and specifications.

Supervise and monitor sub‑contractors for site work progress till completion.

Resolving any issues and problems arising on site.

Maintaining effective ISO 9001 quality management system.

Competency Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent (Civil/Construction)

Minimum 2 until 5 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferable experience in Data Center & commercial buildings projects).

Required skill(s): CAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project

Must demonstrate knowledge in civil engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, employee supervision and personnel management

Flexible and able to work well in a fast‑paced environment. Should be competent in handling simultaneously occurring tasks and smaller projects, and have excellent written and oral communication skills
