Job summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control for various construction projects. Responsibilities

• Manage/control the QAQC according to Inspection Test Plan & Project Quality Plan.
• Communicate and liaise with subcontractors and consultants.
• Prepare and review monthly progress reports.
• Plan and review construction plan, schedule, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of project according to the plan, schedule, and budget.
• Guide and train subordinates on construction methods.
• Monitor and ensure quality workmanship of workers at project sites.
• Attend and participate in meetings with clients and authorities.
• Identify and solve issues arising at project sites.
• Ensure projects execute according to approved plans and specifications.
• Provide direction and instruction on project matters.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by superiors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to communicate and liaise with subcontractors, consultants, government authorities, and the construction team effectively on approval of project matters, technical solution, etc.
• Prepare and review monthly progress reports.
• Plan and review construction plan, schedule and manpower requirements at project sites.
• Ensure timely completion of project in accordance with project plan, schedule, and budget.
• Guide and train subordinates on efficient construction and application methods.
• Monitor and ensure quality workmanship (QA/QC) of workers at project sites in accordance with the client's requirement.
• Attend and participate in any meetings with internal parties, clients, consultants, and related authorities.
• Identify and solve issues that arise at project sites.
• Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide direction and instruction on project matters.
• Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations, analysis, etc to management.
• Any other job responsibility that will be assigned to you from time to time by your superiors.
