Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team focused on AI Projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating project planning, execution and completion within specified deadlines and budget. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Project Managers and crowd resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple AI project management activities.
• Work with Project Manager to prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.
• Monitor, track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to crowd resources.
• Ensure project requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
